Good health is life’s greatest blessing, make you are always blessed. Staying fit and healthy is not so difficult if you have strong determination and motivation. Diseases are one of the biggest problem that people face today.


  • Go in for varieties of foods

40 different nutrients are necessary for a healthy body but this is impossible to get from a single food so try to get a balance by having variety of foods. If you are having a heavy fatty lunch then make sure you only have a small and fat less dinner at night. If you are having chicken today, have fish the next day, lean red meat on the other day and so on. This will give your body everything in moderation.

  • Drink lots of water

Drink lots of water. It will help to expel toxins from your body. Keep you hydrated and the most important thing is you will feel less hungry and feel full all the time. This limits unnecessary eating and weight gain.

  • Increase the number of times you eat and reduce portion sizes

Eat 6 to 7 small meals instead of 3 large meals. This keeps your metabolism in the best level and you will feel more comfortable. Above all this reduces the chances of diabetes and cholesterol.


  • Exercise

If you do not get time to hit the gym, just try to have at least 30 minutes walking. Stop using cars and other means of travel, just walk to office or nearby town Centre or high street. This will make a great difference slowly but steadily and get your health for life.

  • Use unsaturated fat instead of saturated fat

Unsaturated fats are healthy in a minimal amount so you can fatty fish, meat, cheese, butter etc. once in a while but do not over do it because unnecessary weight gain and diseases will be the result.

  • Enjoy lots of fruits

Avoid refined sugars and enjoy natural sugars in fruits. It is too good for your body since they are loaded with vitamins, fiber and minerals.

  • Be on a healthy body weight

Always check your body weight and try to be on a perfect weight without much variations. Your height minus 100 is your ideal weight. Stick around it.

  • Reduce salt intake

High intake of salt will result in high BP and cardiovascular diseases.
